I have been working in the fitness industry for over seven years completing various fitness related courses. From a very young age I have always been involved in some form of fitness with activities varying football to basket ball, from gymnastics to athletics. I currently work in a gym (Bannatyne’s Health Club Sutton Coldfield) where I work with different sorts of members. Working within this establishment allows me to regularly help clients use correct technique and posture. This gives me an insight into how many clients are working out incorrectly and ineffectively due to lack of knowledge and direction. As a personal trainer I am able to work with these members and give them the tools they need to take their routine and make it a lifestyle change.
I gained my diploma in personal training and massage therapy through Premier Training International where I gain in depth knowledge in the following;
• Personal Training
• Sports Massage Therapy/Rehabilitation
• Nutritional Advice
I am also a sport and exercise science graduate of Wolverhampton University. During my time here I gained skills in the following areas;
• Biomechanical Analysis
• Optimising Training and Performance
• Advanced Nutrition
• Muscular Development
Other qualifications include; - P&P Associations First Aid at Work, Revolve Fitness International Spinning Instructor and UK Athletics Level 1 Coach.
I truly believe that fitness is for everyone and I am extremely motivated to ensure results, enjoyment, and satisfaction for each and every client.
