An initial consultation will provide an opportunity to understand your requirements, what can be achieved and when. Full commitment will be put into your programme to ensure your requirements and aspirations are met. Every single session will be safe, effective and fun!
For me one of the most important things about training is enjoyment. Working until you drop is not something I promote. Rather I would like to get you into a routine of enjoying your training session and actually looking to the next one without being bullied into it.
