I have been attending a gym for 5 or 6 years and although my overall fitness level had improved, I could not lose weight or tone the muscles in my stomach. I attended a seminar held by Jodi in February 2010, entitled “How to get a flatter stomach”, where he explained the reasons why people couldn’t obtain the results they were hoping for. The emphasis of the seminar was nutrition, which really surprised me.
I found Jodi’s enthusiasm and clear explanation inspiring and so embarked on a series of one to one sessions with him and have been amazed with the results that I have achieved. We work together once a week at a pace to suit me which just pushes me to that next level. I have made amazing progress with Jodi’s help and support and my results are beyond my expectations.
Each session is different and varied with a new routine each week. I find Jodi’s explanations clear and easy to follow enabling me to continue on my own in-between our weekly sessions. They are challenging but are designed to target the areas that I am aiming to improve. I now look forward to going to the gym each day.
My weight when I started out with Jodi was 60kg, which has now reduced to 51.9kg in less than 3 months. Jodi set out a diet plan and although my eating habits have changed, I don’t think I am eating any less, just a better balance and a more regular eating pattern.

Since I started working with Jodi in January 2008 I have been truly amazed with the progress that we have made. As someone who has never previously been into sports, fitness of even a healthy diet, the changes that I have made with his help and support are beyond any expectation I had.
Not only do I find the sessions interesting, varied and challenging, I am quite addicted to the gym and feel that I am missing out when it comes to a ‘rest day’. I had not appreciated the added benefits that I would get from the regime, such as improved sleep patterns, greater balance, low stress levels and much improved confidence.
My energy levels are now incredibly high and my body shape is completely different to when I first started five months earlier. Jodi has been a real inspiration in making it work for me, his knowledge and explanation has also been great to ensure I get a fitness and diet balance so I can maximise all of the benefits that a healthier lifestyle can bring.
Outside of the sessions I am able to continue with my own workouts from Jodi’s instruction, knowing that I am doing all the right things in the correct way.
